Future Leadership Summit

To identify and award those who had significant performance in the aspects of community protection, promotion of human rights, labor standards, anti-corruption and customer caring, etc., Social Enterprise Research Academy held the Future Leadership Summit on 13 Apr 2016 to discuss ESG, the most important issue among global enterprises, and invite enterprises to sign the pledge to promise to practise its corporate social responsibility, and appreciate leaders and organizations which had brilliant performance in terms of ESG. 

Nobel Prize laureate Professor Akira Suzuki even attended the luncheon, presented the annual prizes and gave a speech about environmental protection. He mentioned Suzuki Coupling, his Nobel Prize research being named by his surname, received worldwide recognition and successfully reduced the poisonous level of metal and metalloid against living things.

The guest speakers were Ms Gilly Wong, Chief Executive of Consumer Council, Ms. Wang Xiao Bin, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of China Resources Power Holding Company Limited, and Dr. Bernard Cheng, Program Director of RMSA. There were more than 520 guests attended the summit. 52 organizations were awarded for their brilliant performance in social caring and sustainable development during the Social Caring Pledge Award ceremony. More than 520 guests attended the summit.
