All decisions made by the Academy (as the organiser) are final, once the applicant accepts the nomination, it is equivalent to an agreement in complying with all the relevant rules and decisions made by the organizer. The Academy reserves the right to modify the rules at its absolute discretion. All information supplied by the applicant must be true and correct, if false, the organizer reserves the right to withdraw or revoke any qualification that has been established and issued.

Personal Information Collection Statement

The information collected above is used as an application for professional qualifications. The information of selected nominces will be included in the records of the Academy. Only authorized persons of the Academy will be able to access and use the information provided by the applicant. The information of applicant who has not been selected will be destroyed after the completion of the review process.
