Your nomination will be scored according to your supporting documents, SERA Judging Criteria, and how well you have implemented the Six Principles of the Social Caring Pledge.
All nominations will be submitted to the judging panel for review and assessment. The judging panel comprises local professionals and representatives from the SERA Committee. The judges are regulated by strict internal policy to avoid any conflicts of interest, and to uphold the independence, transparency and credibility of the selection process.
The selection process is confidential, and all information collected is used solely for judging purposes. Only limited information about award winners will be disclosed after successfully completing the assessment process.
